"I contacted Michael via an acquaintance who had purchased..." I contacted Michael via an acquaintance who had purchased car with him and let him know what I was looking for, a used Mini Clubman S in a manual. The car was hard to find, but lo and behold he had a trade-in on the way in. Michael kept me posted while the car was being serviced and cleaned at the dealership, we exchanged emails and submitted paperwork beforehand, had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up, and the sale was seamless.
