We went into Northwest MINI expecting to be bombarded with the usual high pressure sales routine but instead were dealt with in the professional and claay manner that you would expect from a super high end dealer. I must say that I have never had so much fun buying a car. It was easy and we got a great deal!!! We will be Northwest MINI customers for life and look forward to future dealings!
"If you want to buy Mini, go see this dealership." We went to this dealership last weekend. Me and my wife visited here to check out the mini cooper s before and mike assisted us. He offered us good price at the front. We ended up buying pre-owned mini at the different dealership and it was a mistake. Their customer service was incredibly bad... If you want to buy yourself a mini and would like to have a good customer service, go to this dealership.
Can someone please explain this to me? Very disappointed with this service department. I purchased this Used vehicle 13 months ago. At the that time, the salesman sore about this car. He said that this car belong to a great friend of him and that the car was always serviced at the Mini of Fife. He also said that the vehicle had pass their "5-point" inspection with flying colors. I own a 2007 mini that I bought at this dealership 2 years ago. I have had several issues with the car but the biggest is the panoramic sunroof cartridge replacement that will cost $2400. The car broke down near the dealership a couple of weeks ago and was towed to them. After the water pump was identified as the problem they called with an extensive list totaling $2400 and they wanted to sell me tires.
