I could not be more pleased with the new Mini Cooper. Buying a new car can be so stressful and the team at Northwest Mini really put me at ease. Brad took a great deal of time to make sure that I understood every aspect of the cars features before I left the dealership. It seemed as if every team member came by and introduced themselves to me even if they were not working on the sale. It felt like I was joining a club, not just buying a car. Great place. Worth the drive to Tacoma!

I have been thinking about a MINI for several years. I went to NWMINI for information and to drive one. The sales experience was comfortable. They did not try to sell me on the first visit. Brad, Will and Tim were all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went on several test drives and answered many questions. We have purchased two used and a brand new 2012 Coupe from Brad Davis and NW MINI. I have had the pleasure to also work with Eddie Bang and Diane Steeves and am a very satisfied customer. Brad is one in a million as a MA and I greatly recommend him if your looking for the BEST MINI MA in the nation! Ever since we have bought Mini Cooper S from Bad we have been completely satisfied with the quality of the dealership, not only because of Brad's attitude but also because of Shawn's consistent eye for quality of his Sales team. To top it off, we have never seen a more detail oriented service crew.
