We have bought 2 MINI's from NorthWest MINI. We bought a used MINI Cooper in 2005 and just bought a 2012 MINI Coupe. Compared to other dealers buying a care from NorthWest MINI is a dream. There is no pressure to buy, just a love for the MINI Cooper that is infectious. We drove the clubman earlier in the year then drove the coupe the week it was introduced. It all started with just going to test drive a car that i've been verry currious about for years. If you've been in a MINI you know what the deal is, if not, you're missing out big time. We went to the car show and I talked my DH into stopping for a test drive on the way home. Rocky came to see if we needed any help and, after asking what was important to me in a mini, brought the cutest little red car around for the drive. He drove it to demo it's funness and then let me take it for a spin. OMG...I was in love...with the car (though Rocky is pretty nice). This is the second Mini I've bought through Northwest Mini. Mark was a great help. We live 300 miles away and Mark took care of everything. All we had to do is show up to pick up our car. He returned every one of my 1,000 e-mails in a timely manner. He is extremely knowledgable and has a great sense of humor. My daughter and I look forward to our trips to Northwest Mini. Will Sheen had been working with us for over a year. We had been saving up to order my car. He has been very helpful with everything. He is always available to answer any questions or look up anything for me. His friendly attitude made it very easy for me to buy a car. He is never a "pushy car salesman".
