BMW Owner Long time BMW owner. Traded car in for a CPO X5. Process went well, no complaints. During drive home, found 2 issues. Called service and appointment set easily with loaner. Would recommend and will do business with them again. Larry (Laurence Raillford) was easy to deal with and his follow up has been good.
Great Service I purchased two pre owned BMW from Vista in 20 day's with the help of a great salesman Laurence Ralliford both my wife and I on both occasions were not really sure about buying a BMW but Laurence made it happen and by that I mean he kept our numbers right where we wanted them to be thank you Larry.
Exceptional…in every way! I'm not one to write a lot of reviews however, in this case, I really wanted to comment. I had been looking hard for the right car. When I saw the car I wanted and realized that it was in Florida (and I'm in Pennsylvania), I admittedly paused as a lot could go wrong in a deal when you're that far from home. Richard Roe at Vista BMW couldn't have been more professional, accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and concerns. Excellent experience buying a used X5... I live in Atlanta, so I had many excellent car buying options which were local and therefore more convenient; but working Richard Roe and Vista BMW of Coconut Creek proved to be my best solution (right car, great price, excellent service & support).
