Shopping for Mini Cooper new or used The experience with the salesperson was awful and frustrating. I was undecided on which model I wanted and if I should purchase a new or CPO car. Don’t recommend Not the neat experience. This dealership doesn’t care about it’s customers at all. Spend 41k and you have to buy a soda. Even Nissan dealerships you can get a free can of coke. Used car sales manager is very unpleasant and very unprofessional. Salesman was good and finance manager were great. Dealership fees were around 1500 bucks crazy expensive. STAY WITH MERCEDES AWFUL experience; I bought a CPO X1 that was in the shop 3x and BROKE DOWN in the first 10 weeks after purchase. Not only was the vehicle way overpriced (I was in a hurry to buy and made a very poor decision) but I cannot see how it was CPO given the problems I had with it. Now I am stuck with an overpriced vehicle from a substandard dealer that charges fees they did not earn. I will never buy a BMW again.

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! Found what I thought was a great online deal Vista BMW was offering at $26,991 last week. I spoke with at the time a nice salesman named Kris for days about the vehicle and the price of $26,991. Kris had sent me an out the door quote again at $26,991 before TTL. mislead and not interested after the sale I was mislead when purchasing the vehicle. The car I researched on line, when I arrived at the dealer, was "sold yesterday", but they were happy to show me other available cars (bait and switch?). The car I settled was told to me as "Sirius Satellite ready" and had the antenna on the roof. When I got the car home and tried to switch my account over, I found out the car was not capable of receiving satellite radio without a BMW upgrade which was never mentioned to me. Smart BMW does not need you because they think that they are better than everyone. Old fashioned hard sales and bad manners. Cars don’t last so don’t buy! Brakes are not covered in warranty on new cars!!! By Lexus, Toyota or whatever else.
