Vista BMW Certified Preowned I purchased my new vehicle New Year's Eve and the place was packed. I got out around 7:30 pm with my new car all paperwork signed. However, I noticed in the morning that 2 of my rims were damaged (certified preowned) they put in a service request to fix the issue no questions asked. That's customer service at its best!
