I bought my mini four years ago and I’ve had wonderful experiences is the service department except for today I sat in tears in the waiting room waiting for my car after being verbally assaulted by another customer am disgusted with Gerry Garcia who I feel only encourage these nasty people by laughing with them at me . I’m very devastated by this and not sure where I’m going to go with my precious little Cooper to be serviced now ? Manager Gerry Garcia actually told me he did not not me an apology. Rude customer service. They just take your money. They messed up my car so many times. Never apologize or provided service to fix that. Everything is super expensive. I leased a mini from them. Worst experience ever.
