Horrible service department, lied about the condition of brakes because the vehicle was under a service contract. Brakes were left in a horribly unsafe condition - with no repair completed. Never do business with this dealership - especially their service department.

Second time bringing our mini here and can't say anything good. The place where we bought our mini was excellent and I'm still in touch with the salesman. The service manager is condescending and elitist. Most of all they just don't repair your car. :(
Mini Coopers are literally the most poorly made cars. There are multiple class action lawsuits against BMW of America on behalf of Mini Cooper. Faulty design is the main cause. My mini blew it's engine at 90k. I had to had synthetic oil changes every 1500 miles (recommended by New Country) it was a supremely taken care of be. Vehicle. buyer beware!

My Mom takes her Mini Cooper here for service. Last year they screwed up her car doing some routine maintenance and the engine blew. They had to replace it for free. Since then every time she's brought the car in for oil changes they magically find something that "needs" to be fixed - my mom is smarter than you think. Today you told her she needed spark plugs.
