The service at Mini of Peabody he always been outstanding! We broke down near there on our way to Mt Washington late in the day on a Saturday. The service department couldn't get to our car until Monday, so they put us in a loaner with our three dogs and told us to continue our journey. How can you beat that kind of service! Great Service! I am not even a MINI owner, but when I had to take my daughter's Clubman to MINI Peabody, without an appointment, Mike graciously fit me right in, and had the brake light sensor/harness repaired in under two hours, at a very reasonable cost. Very impressive!
Monday I had a really bad experience here but today the two sales managers teamed up to really help fix the situation I was in. Seven months ago, I bought a MINI Cooper S (2007) from here, and it was definitely a dud, but thankfully I'm in a much newer 2013 now. Thanks for saving my MINI experience!
