Very nice staff and very cooperativve. Made my first purchase exeprience truely comfortable. Adam was very helpful and friendly and made the whole process Super Easy for me. In The Netherlands (I'm Dutch) they say "customer is king" and at Mini of Peabody they sure made me feel that way! Besides the valet service (they dropped me off and picked me up at the mall) ... I came for a service on my Clubman ... while working on my car I was called to discuss what needed to be done and what should be done in near future. Some things were even repaired under warranty, although my car is 5 years old. I never had the feeling being pulled off or forced to do repairs. And ... my car was washed, vacuum clean... read more

What a great experience today. My salesman, Louis, was accommodating, straight forward and not pushy. Drove home with my car today. Least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Also had the pleasure of working with Harley who was also so very honest about my financing options. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you MINI Peabody for being so warm and welcoming.
