I have to say MINI of Peabody is the best! My convertible rear window shattered. It was covered under warranty, but sadly on a convertible they have to replace the WHOLE convertible top. MOP had to order parts from Germany, and I still got my baby back in ten days! Over a holiday! That's amazing. Edited to add: I bought my MINI here as well and the whole sales process was smooth and a great experience!
All I can say is WOW...I went with a friend (because I am in automotive business and she wanted my advice) and James Carven rolled out the red carpet and treated her like a queen. We worked with both Louis M. and Gary S. while there. In the end, after getting a great price and getting world class service she decided to go with a Silverado 2500 but I would not hesitate to send people to this dealership . Some of the best inventory I've ever seen and relaxed environment. Thank you guys for a fantastic visit!
I didn't purchase my Mini at the dealership, not have I ever been there for service. When I woke up to a flat run-flat tire yesterday, I called in the early afternoon hoping for a Tuesday appointment at best. Mark, in service, asked me a few questions, took my VIN so he could check on my warranty, and told me to come down. Service was fast and friendly.
