BMW is synonymous with it’s obsession for performance and satisfaction of the enthusiasts. For a person like I me, who grew up as a lifelong fan of the brand, it is painful to report a customer experience that I had. I dropped my 2015 BMW 435i on 04/18 at BMW of San Francisco for brake inspections. I was advised that my car would need all 4 breaks changed and my pick up was schedule for evening 04/19. Second time I’ve used them to work on my car and I can never do a third. I usually give a place three strikes but just can’t seem to allow myself to be abused by them again. Over priced parts and labor. Never ready when stated. It’s always something with this place.

You have a dealer driving an x5 on the 101 right now that has cut people off repeatedly. Drove In the HOV lane with only 1 passenger and consistently changed lanes without a blinker. He's making a fool of your company with the sf BMW license plate on the back.

I bought an X5 in May of 2013 and have a question for them. I've left three voicemails and sent an email and no response. I thought a lot more of their customer service than this. So unimpressive. I'd like to think they'd make it right, but that seems doubtful.

-They delivered the car without the title papers costing me a day in lost business -They never bothered to service the car before delivery -The air pressure sensored caps were missing for all 4 tires. -Interior was never cleaned as promised..
