I have been calling in since July 13 and leaving messages to call me back. I have never got a call back from rep Alvin, Aaron or Michael. Where is the level of ownership on this one? Just this morning alone I have called BMW of SFO 3 times already.
You can improve by going out of business... you obviously have no clue about customer service nor selling cars. Worst (most crooked) business of the year.
Buyer beware of this dealership! Unethical business practices in its most pure form. If you're trying to purchase a car from them and have it shipped they will pressure you to use their preferred mover which comes at a extremely high price. Even if it's a cash purchase they insist you complete a credit check and agree to them releasing your information for marketing purposes. Someone should tell Michael Wu if he schedules an apt, he should keep it, or learn how to communicate with people so they don’t waste their time.
Used Car purchase was ruined after I felt cheated by their team. After the deal was agreed, and I was working on the paperwork, I asked about the car keys, and was told I'd receive two keys and the owners manual. When I was ready to drive off, I was told the other key was in someone's desk and they would Fed Ex it on Monday (bought the car on a Saturday). I would not recommend it.
Though I’ve been a loyal customer of both BMW and this specific dealership for years, I will never be coming back, and will ensure that none of my friends do as well. After returning my leased car in impeccable condition, 8K miles under the allotment, I was charged $600 for a new tire (even though the car only had 22K miles) and a 2” scratch — presumably because I didn’t get another BMW from them. Bought a X5 from BMW of SF - needed some after sales support - they are suppose to have a “Genius” team to help, but left multiple messages over 2 week period with no response. Disappointed. Very different from their original impression!
