The lease on my car was coming due so I went to BMW of SF as a matter of convenience because I live in SF. I wanted to test drive the new 320i and 328i. I had to wait a half an hour before someone was available to help me. Then I was finally introduced to salesperson Michael Wu. He went from friendly to hostile in less than ten minutes.
