Gas cap missing after my recent service in March 2019, didn’t have a good experience with this dealership from the past few times Hoping they improve and fix this issue
THIS IS FOR SEVICE ONLY. I had a 7:30 appointment to bring my Mini in for service. Much to my surprise and displeasure it was only to see the service writer. I had to leave my Mini there for four days before they called that the requested work had been done. The excuse was “we are the only device facility between Cleveland and Philadelphia.” I think I need a new dealer/service provider! They tried to “up sell” on many issues like a air filter and cabin filter.

Mark, thanks for the feedback. We did some researching and discovered that to properly diagnose what was wrong with your ’09 required a cold start, so we had the car sit overnight. That being said, we should have probably had it done in 3 days not 4. Please take a minute to reach out to our Service Manager Chris S. he would like to find a way to make it up to you so you don’t have to go to the trouble of finding a new service provider.
