I had my recently purchased 08 mini Cooper S ( mellow yellow with the white stripes ) at mini of Pittsburgh and had a once over inspection and was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff amd service managers there. My beloved British green mini roadster, from the sunshine state needed an oil change. I was currently residing in Pittsburgh, roughly 1,100 miles away from home. I passed the local mini dealership, they took my car in that very day, without an appointment. Additionally, offered me a curtosey shuttle ride to UPMC hospital and called me several hours later with my curtosey return ride to the dealership. Amount paid: zero.
