Dropped mine off for high pressure fuel pump 2 months ago! Had for a week called and stated they need authorized for hours labor to make sure it wasn’t cam sensor wire, week later now they want to tear into the timing for $2000.When car drive 150 miles perfectly fine, the only problem it had was the hard start problem due to the high pressure pump problem.. been 2 months now still haven’t replaced pump,been in contact with my attorney and attorney general! First off let me say this review is strictly for the repair department and not sales. We had a lovely talk with a salesman there while we were waiting and have no complaints with them. We have a 2005 Mini Cooper S with only 60450 miles that has been maintained from the get go. We did not buy her here, but the original owner, who is a relative, did. We purchased her some 5 years ago when she was traded in elsewhere. We live in WV which is a 1 1/2 hr. trip to the dealership on a good day, but it is the only one within a reason... read more
Parts department NEVER answers the phone. If it wasn't for the wonderful receptionist Scarlett, I would given them a 1or 2
WARNING - Never use a Mini dealership! The check engine light came on while my wife was driving our 2010 Mini Cooper S to work. The next day she took it to the Mini Dealership in Pittsburgh to investigate. Later that night I received a phone call stating that there was oil in the cylinder block and all four cylinders were displaying low compression (approx. 87psi). Mini also stated that the oil condition was found to be OK and the spark plugs were in good condition. Mini recommend that further inspection was required at a co... read more
