The service advisors, David Thompson and Andrew Humphrey, greeted me and were courteous, helpful, and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. I was given a loaner Mini which was comfortable, clean, and fun to drive. My car was ready in one day. All in all, aside from the bill 🤪, it was a positive experience.
