My first visit to Mini of PITTSBURGH was for service. The place is immaculate. The service advisors, David Thompson and Andrew Humphrey, greeted me and were courteous, helpful, and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. I was given a loaner Mini which was comfortable, clean, and fun to drive. My car was ready in one day. All in all, aside from the bill 🤪, it was a positive experience.
