Anyone (meaning Jason) who takes an “emergency call” from someone who can’t get the convertible top down on the first nice day of 2018 and helps her get some much needed sunshine is ACES. Awesome customer service. Easy and stress-free process when leasing my mini (and super quick process when returning the lease at the end of the term too). Absolutely loved my Mini Cooper Countryman S All4. Would highly recommend for someone looking to buy a mini cooper.

Been researching the Mini for some time now, made a visit to Pittsburgh where I met DJ the Mini genius, and the rest is history! Everyone there was very nice and I got a great deal on a Clubman, love the car!

I found myself in need of a new car, quickly. Sent a message and got a reply from Jason with several choices. Found the car we liked, and Jason took care of the rest. He was awesome! Ive ordered several parts here. Mostly perfect, and when one part was wrong , parts quickly corrected it and made it right! Thats great service!! Thumbs up to Mike, Morgan, Paige and Dan. Keeping my daughters 2004 running great!!
