Recommendedgreat customer service. great work on my mini, got me to and from the dealer so my day could run smoothly while it was worked on. fealt like value of service was definitely worth the end cost. end cost was very reasonable and all inclusive, no new costs from upfront estimate. staff seemed honest and genuine. will definitely get service here again.

I have been a Mini owner since 2003 and when my first Mini died after 15 (!!!) years, I knew I wasn't ready to leave the Mini fam. Due to work conflicts, I needed to buy a car sight unseen, which can be a stressful process. Jason was extremely patient and thorough in helping me locate and secure a car that fit my needs within my price-range. Took my R56 S for a footwell module service bulletin. The service Advisor is a top notch gentleman. The technicians working on my car were very knowledgeable and gave me useful information for the future. I would recommend anyone that has a mini to visit. Great place!!
Pretty good good place as far as dealerships go. Everyone tries to do their best to help you. Clean and nice customer lounge well stocked with refreshments. I recommend!
I had an incident recently while traveling. Jon in the service department was great! Everyone I met and was in contact with at Mini of PIttsburgh were friendly and really made me feel like part of the Mini family. Highly recommended!! 😀👍
Our 2007 Mini needed its annual oil change and a diagnostic checkup. The check engine light was going on and off intermittently. All issues were resolved while I waited. A special shout out to Service Advisor Jon Screen, who was very knowledgeable about the car, kept me well informed during the process, and explained things thoroughly. I ask for him to be my service guy when I call for my appointments. Thanks, Dave Gadd
