I visited Inskip MINI after hearing a Radio Ad on 98.1. My experience w/ Donna Keane far exceeded my expectations. Donna is polite, friendly, very personable, knowledgeable and is Not over agressive -which I appreciate. Donna makes you feel like you have known her for years.

I worked with Donna Keane to buy my used Mini Cooper convertible. The whole deal was worked over the phone because I am in Connecticut. Both she and the dealership were great, I was on the phone one day and in my new Mini Cooper the next. I would definitely recommend both Donna and Inskip to anyone.

I have always wanted a Mini. My husband and I decided to take a ride to Inskip on a whim and "just look". We were greeted by Donna Keane who showed us the different models of cars. She asked if we wanted to test drive and that was it. Once I drove the car I knew I would own one. However, even though Donna saw my enthusiasm (I actually drove two cars that day), there was no pressure, no pushiness, no "if you leave now the deal won't go through". Donna was terrific! I have a very strong aversion to sales people, especially car sales people, and most of all car salesMEN. So I was delighted to meet a tall, friendly, professional but non-aggressive woman who was happy to answer my questions but didn't push. I didn't buy the car on my first visit. Or even my second. And in the end, I preferred to do the final negotiation by phone and Donna was fine with that too. I would recommend Donna, and the manager Manny Sheik (nice as male car salespeople go :-) highly.

Never liked buying a car before.This was like buying a car from my best friend.Donna Keane was informative helpful and available all through our buying process. Knowledgeable and friendly at all times.I don't ever want to buy a car from anyone else. This is our first Mini and I hope the car and service measure up to Donna's sales expertise.

We just bought our first MINI today and we love it already. The entire process was just what it should have been. From the very beginning Donna was pleasant, professional, and never pushy. When we got down to serious discussions she was honest, direct and she seemed like she was on our side. My experience at Inskip Mini was completely stress-free. Donna Keane was an absolute joy to work with. She didn’t pressure me at all with regards to any option and actually made sure that I picked the right options for my situation. She really seemed to care about my needs and she’s just a nice person to talk to. I move around a lot, but regardless of where I live in the country the next time I’m in the market for a MINI, I’ll definitely buy it from Donna.

Donna K is a wonderful person and has an outstanding personality she has a great amount of knowledge about the product she is selling. She was very instrumental in us purchasing the new mini cooper. MY wife was very impressed with Donna and she had a lot do due with us purchasing this car.

Purchasing a new MINI at Inskip in Warwick, RI was an enjoyable experience. The information given by Timothy Ansay was complete. He answered all questions at a reasonable pace and gave undivided attention to us for as long as we needed. The test drives were thorough. Tim is a great representative for Inskip and speaks highly of the whole team that will serve us anytime needed. We were pleased with the pricing.
