My husband and I purchased our first MINI Cooper convertible at Inskip MINI. We were impressed with Inskip MINI right from the moment we walked through the door. We dealt with Donna Keane who was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. My husband and I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying a MINI.
This is my second mini purchased at INSKIP Mini Cooper and I have always been impressed with both the sales team and the service team there. I just purchased my second vehicle with Inskip in Warwick, RI. I worked with Jessica in purchasing both cars, and she is phenomenal. Donna and Manny are outstanding!! Donna was so friendly and worked with me on locating the car I wanted and not pushing a car they had on me. She kept me posted regularly on the car, including details like arrival of the car at the port, arrival at the dealership, inspection and etc. She even followed up with me after the delivery of the car. I really enjoyed the car-buying experience at Inskip Mini. The dealers were knowledgeable and they listened to what I wanted. We found options quickly, and the negotiation was low-no pressure and friendly. Remember: Mini is a great product and great brand--the car does a lot of the sales work. That said, the people made the experience come to life--it was fun and I felt like I got great service and the car I wanted. Highly recommend.
Donna was by far the best car sales person that I have ever bought a car from. She was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. A fantastic car buying experience. Donna was extremely helpful. She worked very hard to get me the car that I wanted and then went above and beyond to get me an even better deal than I could imagine.
I need to thank all the staff at mini but inparticular, Arthur Fontaine. His gentle, intuitive manner certainly helped me to make my decision to purchase the Mini Countryman an easy one.
