Most people find that car purchases are a stressful process. From the moment that we walked in, Jessica had a friendly and low pressure approach to working with us. Jason, the manager, was also incredibly easy to work with. He came across as an advocate for our needs and made it easy to have, what is often, a difficult financial conversation. I will be buying my next vehicle at Inskip because of the service that I recieved from these two people. Hang on to them. They are an asset to the company! ~Todd

Donna Keanne is the consummate professional. I called the Inskip Mini from Washington, DC. Ms. Keanne took my call and found the exact mini cooper convertible I was looking for. I asked her a million questions: How much is the lease vs the purchase? What are the colors, options and service records? She wrote the estimates for me time and again. It was great working with Donna. We feel great about Inskip. And we love our Mini. In July 2010 we bought our first Mini Cooper. When it was time for a replacement for our other car, last week, we went directly back to Donna and got a Clubman. Donna is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Donna (and everyone at Inskip) makes the whole process easy. When we need a new car in the future, Donna at Inskip is the first person we'll contact.

Donna did a great job, explaining the options and working hard to satisfy my terms with financing and features. She showed up extra-early for a test drive and stayed late to deliver the car. The car was ready, clean and way fun to drive:) 2011 Copper S

Went to Inskip looking for a particular model. From the inquiry phone call to delivery of our new MINI, they couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating or honest. There was no pressure sales techniques, they worked as a team and valued our business. I am happy to recommend them without hesitation to anyone interested in a MINI Cooper. Wish all buying experiences were this enjoyable!

When I first got introduced to the Mini marque, I was taken with the performance and reliability. I soon learned that these cars are much more than that. Inskip is all about customer satisfaction, something they tend to accomplish is spades. 2 years ago, we bought my wife's car, a Cooper in pepper white with a black sunroof. She loves it. We had a great experience at Inskip Mini and ended up buying a Mini that was just what we were looking for. Jessica was helpful and never pushy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and what our limits were and ended up making a perfect match. We were always treated in a way that we knew our business mattered to Inskip. Jessica called to follow up and made sure that we got the manual that was not in the car when we picked it up. Donna was always very helpful, but never pushy or overbearing. She always did what she said she would do i.e. verify any information that she was unsure of. The dealership was always professional and polite. By far my interactions with Donna were the best I have ever experienced at any dealership I have been to either as a customer or as a tag-a-long.

My wife and I purchased a MINI from INSKIP MINI in Warwick Rhode Island. The type of service the entire staff offered us was out of this world. The salesman was never pushy like most. Not only he worked hard at making a great deal for us but also made us feel like the deal was done before we even started going over the numbers.
