What can I say, it's Towne MINI! The service was excellent, my salesman Eric K and the Assistant Sales Manager Alan were the best you could ask for. Maurice the new Finance Manager is new to his position so we had a couple bumps with that end of things but he came thru when he needed to. Everyone gave a level of professionalism that calls for the 5 star review. Now I could write more but I'd rather go drive my Certified 2014 Countryman All4...

Brought my Cooper in for service and all around it was a wonderful experience. Mark was knowledgeable and happy to share information and kept in touch throughout the process. The loaner vehicle was amazing and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Every time I have been in everyone is always attentive and fun, not at all what you expect from a dealership. Totally getting my repeat business.
