I can't express enough what great customer service and help Mark in service and Towne provided. First i bought my 09 Mini Clubman s used at a different dealership. Then had problems from the beginning. Eventually that problem turned into a blown timing chain and engine. Mark the service manager and Mini went way beyond what they had to do and help me with the repairs. Cannot thank Towne MINI enough for prepping my 2009 MINI Convertible for MINI Takes the States...new brakes all the way around, A/C service, coolant, oil changes, 4 wheel alignment and the many inspections over the past couple of months. Mark and the gang in service have been stellar and Mike and the sales guys and gals always make me feel welcome whenever I am there.
Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had and at my age I've had quite a few.
