A big thank you to Mark Huber and everyone at Towne Mini for getting my ride back in order. She is running better than she has since I got her back in May. And I truly appreciate you working with both my third party warranty, as well as finding the other repairs were still covered by factory warranty from Mini I thought long expired. Having that level of service performed and not having to spend a fortune was awesome. It was my first experience at Towne Mini, but I will be back for sure. It was a powerful first impression.
We own two amazing Minis. First one we got from a dealer elsewhere - poor choice. 3 months later we be bought the other one here with Eric (Hi Eric!) - we actually chose to buy the after the experience we had having the first mini serviced at Towne and I cannot express how thankful I am for mark and his team!
