Brought my Mini to check oil and not only did they check my oil they topped it and other fluids off, check my tire pressure and washed my car as a courtesy!! Less the price of 2 quarts of oil. Nice!!!
Seriously the service people are wonderful. Unfortunately I had a very frequent and close relationship with them.
We just got a new mini last week and the sales person, David was beyond exceptional! We have nothing but great feedback for the entire dealership, from the service department to the salesman and the sales managers, Mo and Wes. San Diego Mini has been my preferred service dealership since my recent move to San Diego and everyone from the service department is simply amazing, especially my service advisor Ian! <3
