The service they provide is professional and fitting for a queen (or king). 😉 They are kind, knowledgeable, and fix things right the first time around. Wash and vacuum, and always top off my fluids. And the loaner cars are sweet, too! I recommend getting the $20 waiver tho. MINI cars (and services) aren’t cheap for a reason, but well worth every penny! Hope the Service Dept in VA is just as amazing as the one here in San Diego. Autumn and Ian are gonna be hard to beat!
I bought a used Mini from the Volvo dealer next door to this Mini dealer and Volvo took me for about $6K. I tried to get them to fix the car after only having it for less than 3 wks and they pretty much told me to kick rocks. This Mini dealer did not appreciate what Volvo did to my wife and I, and because it was a Mini, they felt they should try and help us. Great experience. We couldn’t initially come to a deal, but both Dave and Dustin crunched some numbers to make it happen. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. Would highly recommend.
