My experience was very pleasant. I found everyone to be very helpful and quick to resolving any questions or issues. My sales agent Wes was very informative, nice and easy to work with as well as financing. I work third shift and had not slept in a while and their patience and attentiveness to my needs was very much appreciated. I am a musician and carry a lot of equipment and the 4 door Mini Cooper is exactly what I needed to fit everything I carry.
