Not the best experience dealing with Momentum BMW Second time using this dealership however the first time I did European Delivery so the interaction and follow up was different than this time around where I purchased a vehicle they had in stock. The buying process was okay, however after I completed the purchase, the experience went sour. Horrible follow up from the sales lady even when I had questions, it was radio silence. Excellent service!! Cliffton and Phillip were very prompt and informative in getting me exactly what I needed in my brand new vehicle. I am very pleased with this very clean, and friendly facility which made the process very easy and comfortable for me.
No complaints here! This was my first time purchasing a car and I could not have asked for better assistance. George, the salesman, was incredibly nice and also extremely knowledgeable about the cars. Matthew, from the finance department, was also incredible and helped me walk through every step for financing my first car. I highly recommend this place!

New car purchase BMW X5 Excellent car buying experience with Phillip Nguyen. Really worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Only hiccup was the financing which took 3 hours to get in with a finance manager.
