Momentum BMW As usual my experience @ Momentum BMW service dept was excellent! Mr Timothy Jue always goes beyond customer satisfaction by taking a personal interest in myself and my BMW. Vehicle performance & safety is the 1st priority for him which I appreciate. I trust his advice on any necessary repairs & the pricing & he never proceeds without my approval. I thank him for being a great customer service representative!

Best service by far!! I had to bring my vehicle in after I ran over a homeless guys' shopping cart. The service advisor, Cedric, was helpful and understanding. He walked me thru the repair process and even helped me get the remaining part of the cart out from under the car (I kept it as a souvenier) . I would never go anywhere else.
