Awsome service Jay Mendoza went the extra mile on service. I did not have an apoinmet he told me don't worry man we will take care of. He walked me to the snack area. While my car was on service he keep touch with by saying your car is almost ready I'm gonna send it to wash , wow I did not expect that THANK YOU JAY. I'll take care the same way of you when you visit my restaurants.

BMW 528i Ariel was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable about the features. He constantly updated me on the status of the process. I particularly loved that he owned 3 BMWs himself. I hope he remains my contact for years to come. Max the sales manager was great as well. He worked to get me the best deal and beat the competition. I also believed that he cared about me and not just the sales. Great experience. 5 stars!

Great customer service Great customer service. Gave us quotes for our trade ins saving us a 2 hour drive and hours spent at the dealership. Definitely didn't waste our time.
