Awsome service Jay Mendoza went the extra mile on service. I did not have an apoinmet he told me don't worry man we will take care of. He walked me to the snack area. BMW 528i Ariel was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable about the features. He constantly updated me on the status of the process. I particularly loved that he owned 3 BMWs himself. I hope he remains my contact for years to come. Max the sales manager was great as well. He worked to get me the best deal and beat the competition. I also believed that he cared about me and not just the sales. Great experience. 5 stars!
