Basic Oil Change The BMW Momentum Dealership service department was extremely honest in helping me with my oil change etc., compared to the BMW at the Woodlands. The BMW in the Woodlands seemed dishonest. I encountered many problems at the Woodlands BMW. My 2013 BMW never ran well, no matter how many times I brought it back for service. Most of the time 2 to 3 times a month; all to do with the BMW at the Woodlands not being honest in fixing my car. BMW Service Neamiah at Momentum BMW is great. He was my very first service advisor after purchasing my 428i Bmw that assisted me with a tire. I went in recently for service and as soon as he sees me, he stops what he's doing to assist. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and great to work with.
