I'd stay away from them! Very bad experience when having my car serviced - told me I needed work done that didn't in fact need doing, and then quoted horrendous prices for it! Found an independent that was much better. Didn't buy my car there though so can't comment on their salespeople, only their service people
I setup appointment for items to be replaced and was told a certain amount and time frame and neither were correct. Service rep was rude and very cocky. I paid good money because MINIs aren't cheap and got horrible service for what I paid for.
