I pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked in, but David was great - didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need, but helped me with the details I wasn't sure of. Mine had to be ordered, he kept in touch with me while we waited for the car and even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me once it arrived. Everyone at the dealership has been helpful and friendly - I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone getting a Mini. Plus the car is fantastic.

I went to Seattle Mini early this year looking to buy a car. I hadn't decided what kind of car I wanted yet and had visited a few dealerships before stopping there. Normally I'm with my husband when we buy a car but recently went to visit Seattle MINI by myself to "just give one a drive". Purchased new Mini S Coupe. I felt I was treated fairly and the whole special order process went smoothly. I was without a car the weeks leading up to the Minis arrival and when it arrived Michael made sure to get it ready for me the same day it arrived. Finance was easy and went very smooth overall.
