"lied to" I spoke with Alex about a used car and asked him specifically if the car had been smoked in since I have allergies and would not be able to have a car with smoke smell. He said he went out and checked on it himself and there was absolutely no odor whatsoever. So I drove 4 hours to the dealership with my wife and kids to the dealership. The dealership is very nice and has excellent amenities however I found the sales staff lacking which pushed me to purchase my Infiniti G37x at another dealer. "I purchased a used 2012 Infiniti M35h from Fields..." I purchased a used 2012 Infiniti M35h from Fields Infiniti in Feb of 2013. CarFax alerted me to a recall situation. As part of the negotiations I requested all recalls be taken care of prior to delivery of the vehicle. I was assured by the salesman they were all taken care of. "We spent 15 minutes on the floor and no sales person came..." We spent 15 minutes on the floor and no sales person came to us. Two of them kept on sitting in office and chatted to glory. My wife walked out. I decided to give them some feedback. Their response.....' we are busy attending customer'. I asked ' where is the customer?'. Their response....' what can we do for you'. "Worst than going to the dentist. Rudeness and games..." Worst than going to the dentist. Rudeness and games abound. Will sit you in front of main manager's office while the floor salesman works you from the other side. The two will then play "good cop- bad cop" with you. Totally will ignore a valid offer that does not generate insane inflated profitable margins for them. Newer called me back.I went to dealer and talk to him and he was bla bla ill call you.Its been 2 month since,nothing happend.I had to get it myself. Dont deal with this guy...

"Stay away from this dealer. I ordered a new G and when..." Stay away from this dealer. I ordered a new G and when the car finally came in they wanted another $1,200 for it and would not honor the deal that they made in writing. After speaking with the sales manager and GM I left in disgust. I was thinking of suing them over this, instead I filed a complaint and then I purchased my G from another infinity dealer. Life is too short to deal with this kind of BS.
