"So far, poor customer service" I called to make a service appoint for my Mini at Knauz Mini and was told the dealership was sold to Fields Mini of Glencoe. I was transferred by the Knauz service rep, then hung up on. I called Fields Mini of Glencoe again, was transferred to the service department, remained on hold for 18 minutes and then decided to hang up. From the start this is very poor customer service! "Stay away! " June 8th, 2016: This is an edit /addition related to my most recent attempt to resolve issue with this particular dealership: Because of Field Infiniti's response to my review and my belief in second chances, I re-engaged the GM to revisit and resolve the issues around my dashboard with hideous bumps all over. "New Infiniti owner - first time service appt" I purchased a certified owned vehicle from another infinity dealership in another state. I drove the car back to my home where I brought it in for service at Fields infinity. I am a new Infiniti car owner and this is the first experience I have had servicing an Infiniti car at this dealership.
"DO NOT trust them" DO NOT trust this dealership, either its sales agents or the business office manager Chris Dibenardo, you will be ripped off and no one in this dealership cares about you as soon as you purchase the car, they do have super shady practices and I would definitely consider this place as a class action material. "Sleazy" My experience the last two times at this dealership is that there is an attempt to sell me unnecessary services to increase my bill. For example, a power steering fluid flush was recommended, without any reason, and then I was lied to when I asked if this was part of manufacturer recommended service.
"Unethical, dishonest, lack of integrity, fradulent" I settled a deal for a car sale through Jon Boroom for a $44,000 car. The business agreed on the sale price (exactly the asking price) including certification. Through communication and quotes I was confirmed about the sale, asked to provide a credit card to put a hold on the car with $2000. The credit card information was provided promptly also. The next day I was again confirmed about the transaction, congratulated on my purchase and asked to wire the money to the dealer... read more
"Not interested in selling cars. " Do your research before going to this dealership. Most used cars on the lot are priced thousands over true market value and they do not negotiate on vehicle price. They will not sell to an informed consumer. Beware! They are located in a very affluent neighborhood and are apparently used to people coming in and just writing checks for whatever they are asking. Do your research is all I'm saying.
