As new puppy owners, we booked a new puppy wellness visit before our pup arrived, and were able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. Our pup had diarrhea for several days and as new pet people, we were alarmed. Dr Tate and all the staff were SO kind and understanding, putting us at ease while also validating our concern. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From the front desk, to Miranda, to Dr B, everyone there is so friendly and caring. I met them when my dog developed a mass in her toe, and they did a great job not only removing the toe, to all the follow up care. Shout out to Miranda who sat on the floor to comfort me as I was crying. I love this clinic.

They really care about helping you and your animal. Multiple times I have called with a question about a health issue for my dog talk to them sometimes for a good 10 minutes. Then I decide not to come in because all I could do is wait and see if it happens again. No appointment made or done but they still call later in the week to check how he is doing. I've been coming here since about 2007 for my dog. They have been great every single time! No call is too small, like getting refills of the best flea and tick medicine. No call is too big, such as getting referred for her knee surgeries. They even helped with her Senior Behavioral Disorder. They follow up on all the appointments and I truly feel they care as much for my dog as I do. (I mean they do have a picture of her up!)

Great animal clinic! Shiloh had been going to this clinic before I had adopted her. I figured it would be expensive considering they are located in Prairie Village. To my surprise their prices were very affordable. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable & prepared to answer any questions I have regarding Shiloh's health. I would defiantly recommend this animal clinic to my friends & family.

My husband and I just got our first dog together (my first dog, EVER!) Mission Road is not only conveniently located right across the street from where we live, but they've also provided us with great care. We've brought our puppy there a few times and they're always happy to answer any questions. Last week, we had our dog neutered. Very happy to have established vet care here for our 2 cats when we moved to this part of town. Every staff person is so helpful, kind, and reassuring. One of my cats ended up needing a procedure they don't do here, but they were very helpful and informative and gave us choices of where to take her. A few days after her procedure, they called to check on her. I thought that was so sweet, and above and beyond in the customer service department. We moved here from the Chicago area a year ago and it's always challenging to find human and pet doctors that you like. Although the 1st practice we went to had good reviews, I was put off when the receptionist informed me that they only give 1 year rabies & would not see my dogs unless we allowed them to vaccinate that day.
