This isn't about the clinic but the grooming! Was told groomer had lots of experience and he was good. Dropped my dog off at 7:45 am he called at 10:30 am to talk about what I wanted. I told him my dog wasn't a fan of grooming but has been to groomers and has done fine!!! 5:15 pm I pick my dog up was charged $70 to find out he didn't do anything to her!! Said she didn't like the clippers when turned on! Really I explained this she has been clipped many times... all he did was bath, brush her out and nails and charged me... read more

I had so wanted to never write a review for this clinic. Let it be known that this is not towards the very cool front desk or staffers. Sadly, my 8-1/2 year relationship with my Seeing Eye Dog Guide ended recently. She had been treated by this clinic ever since our return from Hawai'i in 2016. She had to be euthanized due to a very agressive nose cancer. I had no idea that this vet care team could have recommended or referred me to an organization for financial assistance towards the costs of having to have her euthanized. N... read more

The groomers (BRANDY) within this facility deliberately decided to disregard my initial instructions about the way that I way I wanted my dogs hair cut. Based on the appearance and comments heard she decided to treat my dog any kind of way due to her laziness and lack of remorse for my animal. I am sure that the job that was conducted was mirrored in the treatment of my dog, with complete and total disregard, as it took almost 8 hours for her to receive the attention and complete the job that she was paid for.
