I had the most excellent service from Samuel Gonzales. He listened carefully, assured me they would get to the bottom of the issue and get it fixed. (I had already taken the car into another dealer 3 times for the same problem). He was courteous, kind, got me a loaner car, and communicated the status of my car frequently. It was the best service possible.
