The process was completely online and hassle free. Our loan officer was always available to guide us, provided prompt responses to our questions and gave relevant recommendations. Overall a very happy customer.

Due to all the people doing refi, this process took longer than I expected, however in the long run it was worth the time taken. Not only did I save 1.50%, but also move from an FHA (MPI), to a Conventional Mortgage, saving a considerable in Monthly Mortgage Payments.... Great Job...
