Jay Kunkle made refinancing a breeze. He gave us lots of options that were easy to understand and supported the choice that worked best for us. Claire in his office helped with making sure that all of our i's were dotted and t's were crossed so that our loan would close timely. This is the second time that we've worked with Jay, my co-worker referred him to us after a catastrophic experience with a different lender.
