beat others in terms of the best rate and timely closing. shopped around quite a bit over 6 lenders, some were good in transparent of rates; but a few didn't disclose rates at all. a few large institutions couldn't close in 50 days, so closing time frame could be unexpected issue on top of the rate itself.
Jackie was very patient with me and consistently assisting me with the entire paperwork process. My job does not allow me enough free time during the day, but Jackie went the extra mile to assist me during the whole process.

I contact the money store about get a mortgage for my new home purchase. I was very surprised on how helpful everyone was from my loan officer to the processor. My loan closed on time. Which was great because the last time i bought a home 8 years ago and use a different lender my loan did not close on time.
Most comfortable re-fi I have done! The Money Store team was "on their game" and truly worked as a team. They communicated well and gave us realistic deadlines for needed documents. Hand down, the best refi process we have been involved in!
I like the flexibility dealing with this lender at my convenient time. The broker is also accessible at night time to answer my questions. I only deal with one actual person rather than a team or group behind an email address.
