Jon and Chris were top notch. I got the best rate I could possibly get. They covered costs that other companies would not. Very happy to have been pointed to these guys for our mortgage refi. I highly recommend anyone who is pursuing anything with mortgage to get in touch with them and save some $$$
To put it bluntly, we were a LITTLE skeptical of the initial ReFi referral -- "The Money Store" are you kidding me??? We always used, you know BANKS, that you can walk into, get a pen from or at least a lollipop...what's this Virtual Lending stuff??? SOOO 20th century. First all the banks/CreditUnions we contact had terrible rates in comparison to what Jenny/TMS was able to offer us, and we kept calling back the "old school" lenders with Jenny's rates, and it was always a case of "Nope, can't touch that." Jenny was so helpful during the home buying process. She was very consistent in communicating status and information, and I always felt that she had my best interests in mind. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to both first time, and experienced perspective home buyers.
