Buying/selling during a pandemic is no simple task. But the Money Store made the lending part painless. Great communication throughout and very knowledgeable.
My loan offier is top notch to work with. She knows my numbers well, gets the best rates possible and easy to work with. acts fact - important for my case to lock in the best rates possible in a volatile market. extremely busy though so sometimes you will prob need to wait for loan officer to call you back later. Close on time and processes are transparent. Always one of my top choices to shop for mortgages or refinances.
I recently closed a transaction where I was the seller, and Josselyn Hernandez was the loan officer who worked with the person purchasing my home. I was very impressed with her professionalism, level of communication, and overall commitment to getting the deal done. This was not an easy situation given all that's going on with the CoronaVirus, but Josselyn managed to get things done in a timely manner, and I really appreciated her!
Working with Aundi was the best, she took an existing appraisal and went over it in detail. Discovered it was completely wrong and had us process another one which in turn got us what we were expecting.
