Colleen made our home buying experience go as smooth as possible and we are so glad we went through her. She was always available if we had any questions and explained every step. She and her team were very helpful, knowledgeable and moved through the process pretty quick too! We are extremely happy with how easy it was and love our new home!

Colleen made the process extremely easy for me as a first time home buyer. From getting me qualified to closing she was always there for me. Colleen and her associates would answer all of my questions quickly and made communicating easy by phone, email, or text. She even got all of my closing paperwork done a week before it needed to be. After months of being sweet talked by lenders with no results, Colleen came to the rescue. From our first interaction until our last, Colleen was very consistent. She is a hard worker who most importantly, know what she is doing. I put an offer on a house in early June, my closing date was set for August 3rd. I was referred to Jerod by my agent. He was amazing from the start (and i dealt with pretty nasty ones prior). He answered every question and concern promptly and with such patience.
