Krista did an amazing job from start to finish. She kept us informed while also Educating us on the whole process. Whenever we had a question she was also prompt to answer her text or call right away. Previous lenders turned us away but Krista fought for us and got us our first home.
Very prompt and efficient. They answer all you questions & concerns & guide you through each and every step of the process. We closed very quickly on the confirmed date. We had dealt with a few banks, but nothing compare to the service received at the Money Store.
My lender was easy to work with. They helped me get approved when other lenders would not. Wahead called me back, or texted me back, every time I contacted him regardless of the time of day.
My process was a little unusual due to some personal circumstances, I looked high and low for houses in a very aggressive market while Wahead sat patiently on the sidelines. One Pre-approval letter after the other, one and a half years later, we finally struck a deal and I couldn't be happier.
