This loan was little bit tiring. Too many papers and inquiries. It took longer and a bigger down payment than I expected, but I finally was approved.
This was my first time refinancing and Craig was very patient with me, walking me through the entire processes from beginning to end. I appreciated his time spent clarifying terms and options. He is very up front, proactive, organized, maintained constant communication and was diligent in getting the lowest rate. I absolutely will work with Craig again and I look forward to his great sense of humor.
Javier was great.. always available when needed. He came out of his way to help me.. The kids and I are so happy with our new house. Javier was send from heaven to my family.
The company in general is wonderful, they approve loans easier than banks do. I specially want to highlight Javier De Guilhem who was the one that guide us through the whole process always with a positive actitud.

Jody and her team were absolutely awesome! I had initially gone with another lender but last minute circumstances got me to Jody. Her team worked nonstop to get everything processed within 2 weeks and we closed on our 1st home 2 weeks ago!! I highly recommend this team. They will not stop until the deal is done!
