I wish I could give zero stars. Did you know that Simon Med imaging is one of the highest cost in the ****************? People - learn from me - you do not have to go to Simon Med, call your insurance company and find cheaper locations for the exact same procedure you are having done. I learned the hard and costly way that Simon Med imaging is price gauging their customers and making you feel like you have to go to them because they did one procedure therefore, you have to continue seeing the same provider. Oh my God, scheduling is extremely horrible, they are located outside US and can't understand English language. I wonder WHO in SIMONMED made the decision to send the customer service and scheduling to outside US such as ***** or any other place, that person should be fired. They are there only to support their countrymen, with this kind of support, no one wants to go to Simonmed. I am sure their staff here in US are maintaining standards at imaging centers

I had service at Simonmed Imaging in July 2021. It was right after my deductible reset, so they charged me for that and my copay at time of service. But they didn't bill my insurance till October, so another company got my deductible. I've been trying to get this $272 back since June of this year. My phone records show I've made 17 calls in 10 months. It's always "wait 30 days." I'm WAAAAYYY past 30 days. When I called today, I was told there was no service on the day in question. I went to Simon Med Imaging in ********, ******* on March 6, 2023. I have a ************************************************* Plan. Clerk could not even find on Computer System. She charged me a $100.00 co-pay to which their contract with ****************** states only a $10.00 Co-pay. Beware. SimonMed not only overcharged us, but let my wife leave their facility in unknown condition after she received an ***. She was not advised after the *** that her brain shunt (from a ruptured aneurysm years ago), had come out of adjustment. My wife endured pain and headaches for over a week, until a different facility noticed the shunt was out of adjustment. Could this have eventually killed her? SIMONMED IMAGING OVER CHARGED ME FOR COPAYS ON SERVICES PERFORMED ON 10/1/22 AND 12/22/22. I MADE EIGHT CALLS TO SIMONMED TO DATE, 4/19/23, AND WAS GIVEN MANY DIFFERENT EXPLAINATIONS OF WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND. IT LOOKS LIKE EVERYONE I TALKED TO JUST MADE UP THE DATE I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND.
This business is a scam, they don't follow doctors orders or per-authorization for *************** make you wait forever when you have an appointment already scheduled, money *******. I went for a Cat scan of chest and abdomen paid up front $150 for both. While their talking to the Xray technician uncovered I can't have the tests with contrast due to potential iodine allergy from a test I had with iodine in it, years ago. We called and received a cash pay quote of ****** for my husband's MRI. At check-in they inquired about insurance, and we advised we had no coverage in the ***************, and we would be paying cash. We paid the quoted price of $****** as a cash pay patient. We are now receiving bills for $943.00 because they billed our insurance and are now asking for the balance.
